Color illus. dust jackets show light shelf wear, with two 1/4" closed tears along top front edge of Vol. 1, 1/2" closed tear along top rear edge of Vol. 1, Vol. 2 showing "Autographed Copy" sticker on front panel, both DJs now in mylar. Both volumes signed by author on main title page, full signature: Vol. 1 signature has a personalized inscription and is dated Sept. 1992; Vol. 2 has signature only.
